I don't have any connection with these people. But I kept seeing these ads for free TV on your PC.Everybody I looked at always charged for there software. But I found a site that is totally free. There's several different downloads on the site but I chose the TVPC Elite 1.0 , I saved it to my documents then scanned it with my AVG Anti virus. It came up clean so I tried it. Anyway here's the site. http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/downloads/watch_satellite_tv_on_pc_software/ I've only tried one channel so far but from what I seen it works great.
While your connected and watching TV…they could be installing trojans or anything they want.
OK, here's the deal. I have my sony 5.1 surround sound system, I will soon have a JVC receiver to hook all that up to, but I want to double check about a few things. First of all, I have a symphonic TV that has an earphone output and a video audio input. I have tried putting the RCA plugs in the TV for sound, but that doesn't work, so my PS2 is hooked up to the TV using an RFU adapter. My question is how can I get sound from my TV to the surround sound receiver? Could I use some kind of cable with the earphone output and run my TV's sound into my computer and then go from the computers output into the receiver? I'll be using this specific TV for gaming and DVD's. Any help is appreciated.
If your TV doesn't feature an RCA Line level output, which I doubt a cheesy brand like Symphonic would, You could take the Headphone out which should be a 1/8" stereo mini jack and get a 1/8" stereo male-male cable and go to the line input on your PC. Then use an 1/8" stereo to Stereo RCA Males to connect your sound card's output to your receiver's TAPE or CD Input. You may have to unmute the line input on you PC's mixer to "loop" the input to the output.

I am doing a small project for grad school about marketing to kids through various types of media (TV, internet, digital). I know the negative aspects of ads aimed at kids — especially the junk food ads! However, I am having a difficult time with my research in trying to find POSITIVE examples of advertising to kids. Your help is appreciated!
The Ad Council is where you will find a lot of community service advertisement information.

These are a few of the campaigns they advertise.
I remember the Grammar Rock series when I was young. "I'm just a bill, up on capitol hill!"
Good Luck!
Wouldn't it be nice if we could have the t.v. and internet service as one. Getting the internet attached to the television. Wouldn't that be great and will it ever happen? Why not?
It already has…

I tried Free Internet TV 4.5, Satellite TV for PC Elite 2006, and Online TV Player 3, and only 10-20% of channels works. Why?

Free Internet TV and Satellite TV for PC Elite are registred
So you are looking for free cable or satellite Tv? There is one thing you need to understand first: there is nothing like a free Cable or Satellite. Of course there are free ways to obtain it, but they are illegal and you will be getting into BIG trouble using these services.
But there are other sites that offer free cable and satellite that are legal. You only have to pay a onetime membership fee. After that you may watch as many sports, shows and movies as you can handle for the rest of your life Membership to these donwload sites is low and varies. You will have to pay around $30 for unlimited access.
So once you paid your membership fee you have free TV for Life. A pretty good deal and honestly… don't you think it is a good idea to stay legal?

If someone has cable or satellite TV, and there is a particular TV show episode on a channel they have, is it legal to download the episode? Is it ethical? Assume that the person owns a TiVo or equivalent which they could use to record that episode and skip past the commercials.
Just to clarify, I am talking about a person leaving their TV and TiVo OFF for the night, and choosing to download that night's episode from a torrent or warez site.
No it isnt legal. The only way it is legal is if the network that the TV show appears on puts it up for download themselves. The only downloads from torrent sites that are legal is if the author of the media intended it to be free for download. Since TV shows are not broadcasted online with the ability to download its not legal.
My TVU player is fucked right now, how can I watch online television with no lag?

It's called Satellite TV to PC. The company charges $49.95 for the software. It gives you great movie demos to watch, but I am not sure this is someting to invest. My original search was for a means of burning movies from Satellite TV to my laptop. Any ideas on this as well?
