The internet and tv is going on, off on off at random times at my house, has anyone else got this?
I have Virgin Internet I did not experience any problems on the 22nd March. Today the 23rd March everything running smoothly here in London.
Is it possible to view TV Pictures as well as a)browse the internet and or b) work on any applications like word, spreadshet etc simultaneously on a Personal Computer.
Does it require a special video tuner card and software.
Or only one activity is possible viz, you either see TV or work on PC.
yes i think you can but you might need one of those TV's that can display two images on the one screen by splitting the screen down the middle
I'm in the process of learning French through rosetta stone and classes and I was hoping that I could find a program like sesame street or blues clues that's in french so i can listen to native speakers and interact.
The only one I could find was when going to youtube.fr and put in the search for videos : enface jeunesse
There you can find some childrens shows.
Is there a way I can transfer videos I am watching on my computer to get onto my television. Do i need a cable or something cause my television is close enough for that. Or do i need to purchase some sort of disk to get that to happen?
You should pass the video to a dvd and then watch it in the tv (if you have a dvd player).
Hope this helps.
We have our direct tv reciever connected to our 720p tv, and in the adjacent room is our desktop computer. We would like to browse the internet and watch tv at the same time on the same monitor, is this possible through a special video card or a monitor that supports PIP? If so what would I need? Thanks.
I would also like to add that I would like to leave the reciever connected to the tv as well. Right now I have it connected through component cables, which leaves the hdmi port free. Also, is it possible to switch channels from the other room? There will be a wall between the reciever and the computer so the traditional IR controller won't work.
You should be able to get a tv tuner card, that should do the trick, put it on channel set it for the proper output and your off and running.
Good luck!
i live i Cali and have been wanting to watch some TV from the UK how do i go about doing that.

i would like to connect my pc to my hd tv . what kind of cable do i need?
If your laptop has a VGA output, and if your TV has a VGA input, then you should use a VGA cable to connect your computer to your TV. If both devices have a DVI or HDMi port, then you should use it.
I have purchased a China Mobile when I connect the data cable to a Computer it is only charging How could I transfer data.

if the cord will plug into your tv then it should be fine
