i got an s-video cable so everything on my laptop will appear on my tv but what step’s do i have to do to get everything on the tv to appear on my laptop.

Thats not necessary because using Tv tuner card
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TV_tuner_card) u can watch television channels on ur laptop…moreover what u need from a Tv than this 
u can get external Tv tuner cards as u are using laptop….its damn cheap…

I want to start a website that distributes videos that people would prefer to watch on a television. What technologies would I use to let my videos be downloaded via the internet but watched instantaneously on the TV?
Alot of technology for this is already in peoples household. The ps3 and xbox 360 both allow for media to be streamed from the computer. Also, many households have tvs that connect to the network in their homes. This will also be a way for streaming media. Most windows 7 computers have the option to stream media. Your problem will be that the tv must accept a signal from your router that it can read as media. A technology that can pick up media and output high def would be great.
If you want to receive satellite tv directly you need hardware (card or USB).
The programs you can download do not catch a satellite signal, they just
receive a stream via internet.
However the quality is worse than using hardware and the channels they offer
are sometimes worthless.
I tested about 20 of these programs with more or less good results.
Good thing is you can watch channels from countries you will not get via regional satellite.
H, i’m almost 15 and going through puberty, but recently I became worried about growing taller, There’s a computer and T.V screens in my bedroom, The TV is not on the whole time, the computer is switched of at night and i’m not in my bedroom the whole time, but most of the time, so could the radiation from the computer and tv screens stunt my growth?
