what will happen if i plug in my desktop computer cable into my notebook computer will i get my desktop on my
notebook computer. basically can i use my desktop computer through my laptop?
You won’t be able to do that(the cables won’t work)
and if you do get the right cable– the port on you laptop is mostlikly an output port(not input) — so it’s a NO you can’t

It’s not clear the cables to which you refer, but if you mean monitor, you can use your desktop monitor from your laptop.
But, you cannot use your laptop monitor from your desktop.
If that’s not what you meant, I’m not sure what you mean.

network it together, might be faster. they havent designed a cable to go between a laptop and a desktop that i know of.

1 - dont be afraid to try anything, u wont loose anything unless u break it
2 - u need to have a ntwk b/n the laptop and the desktop, or u can c a damn thing
3 - what is it exactly that u want to plug into ur notebook?
