		<description>FYI, those VGA-to-S-Video converters are intended for use with graphics cards that have the capability to output an S-Video signal through its VGA port.  Those adapters will NOT work with just any VGA port.

I doubt the VGA port on your Toshiba Satellite can output an S-Video signal.  Which is why the adapter will not work on your setup.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
