		<description>The problem could be with the type of video your are trying to view. Is the format PAL or NTSC video. NTSC is the US. PAL is another format used in many other countries. Sometimes viewing PAL formatted video produces B&#38;W. Perhaps you should use composite cabling instead. Make sure that your new TV is PAL compliant or maybe you can configure it to view PAL and NTSC formatted video. Sorry I can't offer more help.
