It is VGA. The cable you will get has the same connector on both ends, and connects to the like port on your computer. You will also need an appropriate audio cable, which on the computer end most likely is a 3.5mm stereo, and on the TV the same, or red/white RCA.

VGA and usually you cant have a pc connection through usb

That’s a VGA input. This is the interface that most PCs use to connect to their monitor. Any VGA cable will work.
