You can not find a cable such as this. Firstly, the VGA is video only, so it would only do the yellow, while a 3.5mm to RCA adapter would be needed for audio.
A cable will likely be impossible due to the very different nature of the connections. This device evidently will work, although I’ve not used it personally.

At that price, you can purchase a new video card with an S-video or Composite video out. This would likely be your best option.
An S-Video card : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150392
There are S-video to composite video cables if necessary.

You may stumble upon such cables online which are misleadingly branded as "adapters." Fact is the VGA signal is totally incompatible with the composite video signal. RGBHV and CVBS (Y/C). Two completely different signals. You will need a transcoder box (VGA scan converter) to convert the signal; for what these go for, it may not be worth it, especially considering your resolution will be limited to 480i.

I work in IT and was asked by my bosses secretary to come up with the same scenerio for a birthday party they were giving him. I hunted around and found a generic adaptor at Best Buy that I was able to make work.
