Hi all, OK, im a die-hard Barcelona fan, I can’t miss a football game they play… so basically I’m looking for legit softwares that enable me to BOTH WATCH hundreds of football channels (example spanish channels, Barca TV, ESPN, Sky …. etc) through internet that I connect to my TV and still get a crystal clear streaming, and hopefully RECORD games that I miss. I have been googling all day long and I found nothing.

There is not program that alone will allow you to record TV channels.
You have to buy hardware as well.
As for doing this "all over the world", that’s impossible unless you travel all over the world.
I really want to try one of the tv softwares that I’ve seen on the internet and want to know if anyone has had any luck with them? I’d like to have a program that I can use on my laptop for trips and whenever I need it.

You can do this with IIS in Server 2003, but I wonder about your outbound bandwidth limits.
