These are kind of a scam.
They allow you to connect to freely available streams that are already out there. It is a consolidation tool, but little more.
You aren't going to get MTV, USA or HBO on them, thats for sure. You will be able to get some local broadcasts, sporting events (like soccer games) and a lot of news and foreign content.
