I just bought Satellite Direct on my Mac Laptop, but the TV stations don’t work and nothing downloaded?
It says in the help that something is supposed ot automatically download, nothing did. I tried many times to fix it and nothing. HELP PLEASE!!!
after buying it, did you let them try to check if it’s working?
if yes, your mac or your modem might be in firewall. check the firewall settings and disable it temporarily.
