do you get free tv with a tv tuner on a pc?
i am looking at a computer with a tv tuner and im not sure how it really works. right now, i do not work tv at home bc i cant really afford it. i am curious if i need a signal from a provider to watch tv on my pc or it is free? or is a tv tuner pc act like another tv with cable box and still have to pay monthly bills?
a tv tuner simply turns your PC into a TV. Even with a TV, you have to pay for cable/satellite.
This is no different.
You use an antenna to get free over-the-air digital transmissions.
