		<description>Sean B is correct.  What you're proposing is completely, totally, 100% illegal.  It's not even close to being in a legal gray area.  You'd get sued so fast you wouldn't know what hit you, for millions of dollars.

Legally, you're going to need legal clearances from Nickelodeon (and possibly have to purchase the rights to some series produced outside MTV Networks, which Nickelodeon is part of) before you can legally stream the Nick program backlog.
