  1. You’ll need cables to convert the signal, and purchase a slot for you PC so that it’ll understand it. For more detailed instructions, I’d say you’re better off going to best buy and asking them.

  2. the best you can get for now is TVU… player the list channels you will get is 115 channels and its all for free. I have used this for over 3 years and its still growing on a daily basis.
