I want to download a program that allows me to view and record tv channels all over the world.PLZ help
There is not program that alone will allow you to record TV channels.
You have to buy hardware as well.
As for doing this "all over the world", that’s impossible unless you travel all over the world.

I use to use FreeZ Online TV, and TV Player Classic. One of them provides you with recording to, I think the TV Player Classic.
