		<description>You may want to check the even log accessed by Managing My computer and clicking on the event logs to see if anything was captured.

Could be software or hardware related.  Event log might help you out.  If you feel comfortable with it you may want to restore it to factory default.  If that doesn't help it's likely a hardware issue.
