What’s is wrong with the software, "Satellite For PC Ellite Edition"?
I bought this software a few days ago and clearly regretted it! Everytime I clicked on a TV or radio channel, it first indicates by telling me it’s connecting to media and later stop and displays a ‘Ready’ sign. I tried to click on ‘Play’ again and the same thing happens again! I seemingly discover that out of all of the channels being displayed, only a small section of it will work! I have a fast internet connection so it shouldn’t have being a problem!
Anyone has a clue to it?
Simple answer is the program is a piece of garbage. It’s just another scam. Promotes to say "300+ channels on your PC!" or some heap, but it’s all garbage. A few no-name channels out of the US, and that’s about it.
Luckily, a friend gave me a copy, so I obviously never ended up buying it myself.

I’m using it every day. It’s okay for the channels I’m watching. However, it uses a lot of resource and if you are downloading something in the background you can see it slow down quite a bit.
While I’m doing my work on the PC, I normally have Fox or CNN or BBC on with the news in the background and I only switch to see the picture if there’s something interesting. I use Bloomberg as well and a few church channels. But what I really like are two overseas channel. I watch during weekends to improve my Chinese which I am learning.
If you expect 3,000 channels you’ll be disappointed. But I’m more than satisfied as it gives me all I need. These channels are free so don’t expect too much. You are only paying for the software and some support.

I have this program, also. I don’t get all of the promised channels, that is for sure. But, I do get a lot of European channels and some from the mideast. I paid only $10 for mine, so I think I am getting a good value. I do have a good bit of memory in my laptop and I think that it helps a lot with reception.
