		<description>Yes, it actually is. I was a Direct TV costumer for several years and I was satisfied with their services but I couldn't afford the subscription any more. But I managed to cancel it after a friend of mine suggested me an excellent software that costs only around 40 bucks. Good thing is that you pay once and forever, you don't have to pay a monthly bill or anything. At least DirecTV and Comcast Xfinity provide online TV for their customers.

Otherwise you need a tuner/capture card, and box relative to your source, if the card cannot tune it directly.
