Now unless you're using a laptop, I wouldn't suggest ever using USB unless you absolutely have to (too many USB products hooked up at once can waste USB bandwidth and create problems). So if you're using a desktop, pick up a PCI TV tuner. Also, if your goal really is to hook up your reciever to your PC monitor (not your computer), then I would suggest getting a video processor instead.
