Has anyone heard of Gogglebox TV?
Can this be real? It sounds like a rip-off. Has anyone bought this software and does it work?

Don’t buy it.
It’s basically a piece of software that pulls together a bunch of links to TV streams available freely on the web. You’ll find the links are often out of date, or only for one show on a channel or are a waste of time.
These same links are available for free on a bunch of websites (where the people who produce this "program" got them from in the first place).
