So all you need is.. A laptop that has the port A hdmi cable ( you can always buy one for like 10-20 dollars) and a tv that supports HDMI and has the port, most modern day TV has it. So all you need is..
A laptop that has the port

My computer has a DVI port, which is compatible with the HDMI ports on the HDTV. It’s connected using a DVI-to-HDMI cable. As you can see in the photo, it works perfectly.
