Does sleep amount/schedule and things like Television, Computer, and not getting outside much strain the eyes?
I have recently been diagnosed as near sited, so I have some problems seeing distance. I will have to soon wear glasses on a part time usage, for things like movies, classroom, and maybe driving (Doctor said maybe.) I would like to get surgery when I turn older to correct the problem, but I’m curious if maybe I fix a few things in my lifestyle, maybe my eyesight would change. I would like to mention that though both of my parents wear glasses, they did not start to wear them till they were about 40.
Does reading do any strain?
Yes, I strained my eyes and had to wear glasses for the first time in my life at 25. I changed everything and stopped coming on here as much and didn’t need the glasses a year later.
Yes reading strains. Anything that involves using your eyes a lot will strain.
