If your computer is fairly recent (within the last year), then all you'll may need is an HDMI cable. However, if your computer is older than that, you may need a DVI to HDMI cable or a VGA to HDMI cable. Of course if your television lacks HDMI input then the situation gets a a bit more complicated. You may need an HDMI to S-Video cable, or an HDMI to RCA cable, or a DVI to S-Video cable, or a DVI to RCA cable, or a VGA to RCA cable.
