my computer speakers are not that great. can i hook my pc up to my television for better sound?
I have a stereo TV and the sound is great. I was wondering what wiring I would need if I put the television near the computer PCU and instead of using crappy speakers, let the sermons and stuff I listen to come right out of my television. ps I don’t need to listen to music via the tv so no need to get deeply concerned about the quality. Mostly sermons. thank you.

also by doing this if you have a large screen you can browse large screen on your tv using your computer.. and audio works to… you need to use certain wires and converter boxes, but i don’t know much… but this guide will give you the details

what the two headed wire does is that it acts like a normal headphone plug on one end, and then splits into the red and white cables commonly used for sound from entertainment systems
possibly, if you have a male to male cable that looks like the one on the end of your speakers and your tv has a VGA imput then it may be possible some tvs have a headphone jack imput.. theres also a cable that will change it to a red and white standard RCA audio but these can be hard to find

firstly, you have to be sure that your computer speakers are not faulty, if it is faluty, you may get loud volume but will not be a perfect sound. If your speakers are fine, you may connect it to your television to increase the sound.

Well you can by connecting a 2-head wire that goes from your sound card to your stereo tv input!

Newer laptops/desktops have an HDMI port. For this you will need a newer tv also like an hdtv one. Connect the HDMI cable to your computer port and your tv port. If you dont have an hdmi port on your pc, you can use the blue cable that connects a computer to a monitor and connect in from your pc to your tv.
