Many video cards offer an S-Video output which can be connect to 90% of TV's.

If not, most, if not all, video cards come with DVI output... you just use a DVI to HDMI cable and connect it to your high def TV.

You may notice slowly lower quality connected to the TV vs the monitor.
References :
You can look on your graphics card to see if it has a PC to
TV connection. Go to this site to see if your graphics card
supports any of the connections.

It depends on your video card and your TV. If you have HDMI inputs on your TV and DVI output on your computer, you just need a DVI-HDMI converter. I'll sell you a computer with HDMI output if you'd rather.
