What program or Gadget do i need to access my television over the internet, so I can Watch TV on my laptop.?
I have heard of this before but I can’t remember the name of it, or where to find it, please help thanx.

many tuner devices around
i use PCTV USB (about $60) size of pack of cigs
accepts rca and or s video-outputs to device,then, a usb connector into laptop

For a laptop you should get a usb device because the only way a tv tuner card would work if the person got a dekstop. However it would be cost efforted to get that device for the laptop because it cost like over 50.00 but to get a tv tuner card is like 30.00

You need a tv tuner card.
If your pc dont have one you can buy one for like $50 used or $110 new.
It plugs in and then you can watch tv or even record programs using your hard drive for the tape recorder.
Go on ebay and search for it.
