well i know from personal experence it does, my long range vission is terrible and im only 17, but its because i dont use my long range vission, so if i went outside more i would be okay =D but yeh im talking like 12hours a day, not that measly amount of time you play

I wouldn’t doubt it. I’m on the computer A LOT and I have horrible eyesight.

Yes, it can affect your eyes and your overall health. It may affect your personality and social life. Don’t use electronics all the time. Go out and play, exercise, etc.

It depends if that is every single day. For the most part that would not be too bad. If ur eyes rnt getting a rest a least one noght per 2 weeks this could cause damage to ur eyes.

As for overall body health, just et sum exercise along ith ur 3 hours of gaming, and ull be fine.

Thats my opinion tho, ive been doing that for years, and ive 20-20 vision
