how can I watch tv on my computer or what is the cheapest way to watch regular tv, can I use an anolog box?
I pay for internet and tv service through cox, it is expensive. I think my cell phone co., AT&T offers cheaper internet but would it be cheaper to watch tv through my computer? What would I need to do to watch tv on computer? Can I use an anolog box to watch tv without having to pay for service?

I only use the Internet to watch TV and Movies. Prices are just too high anymore. You can even watch PPVs online for free! I hosted WWE Elimination Chamber for my son at his web page last night and we had over 7000 ppl in attendance online, almost crashed the page, lol. On some sites like XanderHarris.Viviti.com you can request shows and movies in the comments but others just put up what they want. Player choice is also an issue because some work better then others depending on what u r using. I like MegaVideo and WiseVid for the PS3 but zShare for my computer. I am not a huge fan of DivX but it tends to have the best pic. Here is some sites to get u started:

There are different ways to watch tv on a computer,
ONLINE
Hulu is one of the best…
You can try nbc.com for programs like Lost.
OFFLINE
You can buy a tuner card at your local computer shop.
(it comes internal that needs installing and external that comes in the form of a USB)
Put it into your computer and you will be able to use windows media center to watch local or cable TV depending on what do you have on your home (you can also watch over the air free HDTV signals with this card)
