somewhere I can watch regular TV stations live on the internet?
looking for the standard channels really. would like some help with a legitimate site or company.
You can get a TV software to watch live TV channels on your computer, like ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and so forth.

go to the channel website. abc.com for example is full of free streaming episodes for most of their shows.

There is no place you can that is legitmate. Regular stations want you wo watch their broadcasts direct, or over a traditioal pay TV service who has contracted to or otherwise carries their channel.
