How to connect analog tv to laptop vga?
I just got an item on eBay that allows me to connect a computer VGA to a TV, But I can’t get it working! Does any 1 know how to get one working?
P.S. I already know about those VGA transcoder boxes.

Those VGA-to-TV adapter cables you bought off EBay are intended for video cards that have a specially-built VGA port capable of sending out a TV signal. They will NOT work with just any VGA port.
Your laptop’s VGA port is NOT one of those specially-built ones. Which is why that adapter you bought won’t work, and never will.
A waste of time and money.
