Is there a way to connect my emachine w3115 computer to my tv?
You have to buy a videocard that has a t.v. out port. A few things to consider however, is:
1.)How much money are you willing to burn (usually the brand, make and how much onboard RAM it has)
2.) What technology does your PC have (PCI, PCI-Express,AGP,etc.)

YES.
You need either a video card with a TV output, usually S-video, or an adaptor that connects to your monitor cable and your TV antenna input.
