Can I propose a web series to a tv network?
I made a series of animated shorts and I need to know can I propose it to a network.
The only way you can really find out if you can propose them to a TV network is to simply contact them. Usually they have some sort of contact us section. The trick is finding the right person. If you feel your shorts are good enough, then the tedium of doing this will not be much.
