Go on OVGuide, they have pretty much any tv show (including torchwood) that you can think of. They are all free to watch and its so easy to use. check it out mate you’ll like it.

http://userset.com has Torchwood and a bunch of other TV shows on the site. they have you fill out a survey but it’s worth it because it streams for free. hope this helps
